1. Turn on your system. Begin typing F8 key few times as the system boot up to reboot in safe mode with network.
2. Wait until a screen shows option to safe mode. If the Windows launches before you can execute safe mode, restart the PC again.
3. If successful, following options will appear:

Safe Mode with Command Prompt
(other options may be available)
Use the arrow key up or down to choose Safe Mode with networking. Then press the Enter key.
4. There may be a prompt asking you to really boot into Safe Mode. Your computer will now boot into Safe Mode with Networking
(Note: Safe mode which also referred to Diagnostic Mode that Windows XP can start with minimal configuration. It is easier to remove threat when you are in Safe Mode.
5. Download Lavasoft Ad-Aware. Save the file as setup.exe and run the file.
6. Once the malware removal tool is installed, go to Ad-Aware folder if you can't access the program from shortcuts located in desktop or Start.
7. Update the security tool by clicking the Web Update. It will then download the necessary latest malware definition update and install it.
8. Then click on Scan System. Choose Full Scan and Click Scan Now.
9. If it detects any threats it will shows the threats information. Choose to delete all the threats.
10. Once finish, restart your computer.

403 Forbidden Blogspot Blog Error Solve!
I went into panic when this blog get a 403 Forbidden by Google. Other Blogspot blogs also cannot be opened because of the error. I wondering what if I did anything wrong. Tried to change the template, not working. Tried to change the URL, the error still came up! I get frustrated and look the answer from Google itself. I was not aware there is a little rule that I cannot check backlinks of web sites that rank high in the Google search engine result. A solution is to scan my PC for any spyware or adware. Below are step by step that I took to get rid the 403 Forbidden error:
1. If your computer still don't have, download this adware removal software Ad-Aware.
2. Run the software. In the interface, select Web Update it first for new virus, spyware, Trojan or malware definitions. Then select Scan System.
3. In my scanning, the handy tool found 5 Cookies as Privacy Object (not removable even after I did the Cookies cleaning from Tool - Clear Private Data in Firefox) and Win32.Backdoor.Xhaker malware.
4. Delete the object that it finds. Restart your PC again.
5. Now I guess you are able to open Blogspot blogs again. Hopefully you successfully remove the 403 Forbidden error.
In order to make sure that the error won't happen again, I suggest you to not installing SEO Quake Firefox extension or do backlinks search queries using Traffic Mark or other SEO tools. If you still want to do it, you can do the checking through Yahoo.com.

IEEE - The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers
This is a wireless networking standard. This standard is used to ensure PC equipment made by lots of different manufacturers can work together with less or no problem.
PCMCIA - Personal Computer Memory Card International Association
